And give some blood. It only takes a few minutes out of your day and it can do so much good. I am lucky because the Red Cross bus comes to my office and all I have to do is walk out the door and on to the bus.
Good man! It has been a very long time since I've done this, partly because I have a hard time with needles. The other reason is the last couple of times I gave blood, I had bad luck and got people who were really bad at making the stick and really hurt me. One tech started on one arm and did such a bad job they had to switch to my other arm and get someone to help them. I know it's important to do, but I still can't shake that pain from my mind...
