Taking some time

I took some time to look back at some photos I have taken. I don't always have time to process them before I move on to newer ones I have taken or something else comes up. Lately it has the something else... my son Clive arrived last month and he has put most things on the back burner. But today I had a little time so I worked on these images.
This image is from a peach orchard around Wintergreen Resort. Laura and I went up there our "Babymoon" in mid July.

These two images were taken while I was walking around Richmond. Before Clive was born my wife took a prenatal yoga class in Carytown. While she did her yoga I walked around Richmond with my camera. Some days I got some good photos some days not so much.
A friend of mine and her daughter had come up to Richmond to see and Ansel Adams exhibit at the VMFA and after words they walked around so her daughter could take some photos. She asked were a good place to find graffiti was so she could get some photos of it. A couple weeks later I some some of the photos and they were very good. So know I am thinking about those photos when I am walking around. Thanks for the inspiration Elizabeth!

That was a good round of images. My favorite town for looking at graffiti is Barcelona, Spain. The street artists there consistently produce some of the most creative and wild art I have ever seen. I took loads of photos of that stuff and need to dig into the archive and post some of it.
